By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. About CHEAT CODE
CHEAT CODE sells downloadable digital products designed primarily for parents, guardians and families.
Products may include printable reward cards, privilege cards, customised card packs and related downloadable content.
Unless expressly stated otherwise on a product page, all products sold through cheatcodecards.com are digital products.
No physical product will be shipped to you.
Printing is not included in the purchase price.
3. Who may purchase
You must be at least 18 years old, or otherwise have the legal capacity required in your country to enter into a binding contract, to make a purchase from CHEAT CODE.
Products are intended to be purchased by adults.
4. Product information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that descriptions, previews, colours, illustrations and other product information are accurate.
Colours and appearance may vary depending on screens, printers, paper types, ink and print settings. Therefore, a printed product may not look exactly the same as its digital preview.
Product previews are intended to represent the general appearance of the final digital product.
5. Customised products
Some CHEAT CODE products allow you to customise text, colours, illustrations or other elements.
You are responsible for reviewing your customisation before completing your order.
Please do not submit:
- unlawful content;
- abusive or offensive content;
- content that infringes another person’s intellectual-property rights;
- unnecessary sensitive personal information.
CHEAT CODE may refuse to process content where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law or protect the website or other users.
6. Prices and taxes
The applicable price will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
The total amount payable will be shown before payment is confirmed.
Applicable taxes will be included in or clearly shown as part of the final amount before the order is submitted, as required by applicable law.
You will not be charged until you actively confirm the purchase.
7. Payment
Payments are securely processed by Stripe.
Available payment methods may differ depending on your country, currency and device.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
CHEAT CODE does not store your complete payment card details.
8. Formation of the contract
Before placing an order, you will have an opportunity to review the selected product and price.
A contract between you and KATERYNA SILKOVA, trading as CHEAT CODE, is formed when:
- you submit your order;
- payment is successfully authorised; and
- your order is accepted and access to the purchased digital product is provided or confirmed.
If payment is rejected, cancelled or unsuccessful, no completed purchase is created.
9. Digital delivery
CHEAT CODE products are supplied digitally.
After successful payment, the purchased product may be:
- made available for immediate download;
- displayed through a download page;
- sent to the email address provided during checkout; or
- delivered using a combination of these methods.
You are responsible for providing a valid email address where email delivery is used.
If payment has been successfully completed but you cannot access your product, please contact:
We will take reasonable steps to resolve the problem.
10. Right of withdrawal for digital content
Consumers located in the European Union and European Economic Area generally have a statutory right to withdraw from many distance contracts within 14 days.
Different rules apply to digital content that is supplied immediately.
Where required under applicable consumer law, before receiving immediate access to a digital product you will be asked to:
- expressly consent to the supply of the digital content beginning immediately; and
- acknowledge that once performance begins, you lose your statutory right of withdrawal in relation to that digital content.
Where these requirements have been satisfied and digital delivery has begun, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right may no longer apply simply because you have changed your mind.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Refunds and problems with an order
Because CHEAT CODE sells digital products that may be delivered immediately, refunds are generally not provided for a simple change of mind after digital delivery has begun where the applicable right of withdrawal has been validly lost.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Please contact us if:
- you paid but did not receive access to your product;
- the downloaded file is corrupted;
- the product materially differs from its description;
- a technical error prevents normal use of the purchased file;
- you were charged more than once for the same order; or
- applicable consumer law otherwise entitles you to a remedy.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we may provide:
- a replacement file;
- correction;
- a new download link;
- an appropriate price reduction; or
- a refund.
For assistance, contact:
Please include enough order information for us to identify the purchase.
12. Licence to use purchased products
Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing a CHEAT CODE product gives you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the product for your own personal or household use.
You may:
- download purchased files;
- print copies for your own personal or household use;
- use the cards within your own family.
You may not:
- resell digital files;
- sell printed versions of CHEAT CODE cards;
- redistribute purchased files;
- share purchased files publicly;
- upload the files to file-sharing services;
- reproduce CHEAT CODE products for commercial sale;
- claim CHEAT CODE designs or illustrations as your own;
- use CHEAT CODE products to create competing products for sale.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual-property rights.
13. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the CHEAT CODE website and its original content, including:
- card designs;
- illustrations;
- graphics;
- text;
- branding;
- layouts;
- downloadable files;
- website design;
- software and website elements
are owned by or lawfully licensed to KATERYNA SILKOVA / CHEAT CODE and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
No rights are granted other than the personal-use licence expressly described in these Terms.
14. Technical requirements
You are responsible for having suitable equipment and software to access and use purchased digital files.
For printable products this may include:
- a device capable of downloading the file;
- software capable of opening PDF files;
- a printer or access to a printing service;
- appropriate paper or cardstock.
Printing costs are not included unless expressly stated otherwise.
15. Intended use
CHEAT CODE products are intended as family entertainment and parenting tools.
They are not medical, psychological, therapeutic, educational or other professional advice.
Parents and guardians remain responsible for determining whether a particular card, privilege, reward or activity is appropriate for their child and individual circumstances.
Safety, health, school, household and legal rules always take priority over the wording of any CHEAT CODE card.
16. Website availability
We take reasonable steps to keep cheatcodecards.com and its digital delivery systems operational.
However, temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, software updates, Internet connectivity, third-party services or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where a technical issue affects an already completed purchase, contact:
We will take reasonable steps to restore access to the purchased product.
17. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation would be prohibited by applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, CHEAT CODE is not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was entered into.
CHEAT CODE is also not responsible for problems caused exclusively by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including incompatible devices, printers, paper, third-party software or Internet connectivity, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
18. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with the CHEAT CODE Privacy Policy.
Payments are processed by Stripe and may also be subject to Stripe’s own terms and privacy practices.
19. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time, including where our services, products or applicable legal requirements change.
The Terms applicable to a purchase are those in effect at the time the order is placed.
The latest version will be available on cheatcodecards.com together with its last updated date.
20. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
If you are a consumer residing in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections provided by applicable law that cannot legally be excluded by agreement.
Nothing in these Terms restricts your right to bring a claim before a court, consumer authority or other body that has jurisdiction under applicable mandatory consumer law.
21. Complaints and contact
If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us so that we can try to resolve it.
